Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely finishing touches, although the lack of air conditioning made the humid nights slightly challenging. The service was mixed with friendly but slow bar staff, while the young team exuded enthusiasm. The location overlooking the bay was simply spectacular, offering breathtaking views. Dining options were good, yet with some limitations, while the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although beautifully appointed with an enormous, extremely comfortable bed, lacked some essential amenities like hangers and beverages. The service, especially from the Front of House Manager Stacey Bentley, was exceptional and very effective in resolving issues. The location overlooking the harbor was fantastic for serene walks but suffered from parking challenges. The dining experience was average, with limited choices despite the fresh preparation. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welcoming, although the sea view was obstructed by a low sitting area. The service was pleasant and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere, but there were some issues with noise outside the hotel. The location was superb, offering convenience to shops and restaurants but marred by disruptive outside conversations. The dining experience was poor compared to the hotel's standard, and some areas were looking tired.
The hotel offers great views but lacks certain amenities like air conditioning in the rooms and sun loungers outside. Parking is limited and comes with an extra charge. Overall, it's a good choice but could be even better with some improvements.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, light and bright, beautifully decorated, and clean with a lovely Jacuzzi bath. However, it could do with either a make-up mirror in the bathroom or bedroom. The service was impeccable, with extremely friendly and attentive staff who made my stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, with great sea views and just a short walk into the lively town. The dining experience was delightful with a wide choice of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
The hotel offers some excellent room options with spacious layouts, comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathrooms. The service was generally friendly and attentive, although there were some issues with short staffing during peak hours. The location provides a classy and relaxing environment with beautiful views. The dining experience, however, fell short with limited food choices and service inconsistencies.
